CMY Collections was founded in Santa Barbara, California by Chris and Misa Yee. During our free time, we enjoy eating, drinking, and socializing and were inspired by the growing popularity of cheese boards and wine nights to create a product to bring together friends and family for the long awaited social get togethers post-COVID pandemic. The board is made out of 100% organic bamboo, BPA-free, and reversible so you can use one side as a charcuterie board and the other as a heavy-duty chopping block. Decorate one side with cheeses, meats, fruits, and any other snacks to create a beautifully presented charcuterie board to share with your guests. The board comes with a mini knife and a 4-piece fork set so guest aren’t using their fingers. There are built-in compartments to keep crackers in place, nuts separated for guest with food allergies, and juicy olives away from all the dry foods. Built-in handles on the sides to easily move the board from one table to the next to make sure all your guest have a chance to taste your delicious food. If you enjoy entertaining with wine and snacks, this board is for YOU! Keep your charcuterie board separate from raw meats by flipping the board to the side with juice grooves around the board to catch any unwanted juices from spilling off the board and onto your counter top. The bamboo cutting board is heavy-duty and can handle chopping, cutting, and hacking.
