The brushes are natural and recommended use is 3 months just like any other old toothbrush. Packages contain a 5pc adults or kids toothbrush set. Choose from ultra soft, soft or medium bristles.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEALTHY TEETH – Add a small dab of your favorite natural Humble toothpaste on the bristles. Brush tenderly to clean and remove plaque, ideally after every feast or two times every day, or as coordinated by a dental specialist or doctor.
